To register and submit the $300 tuition fee, please follow these steps in their entirety:
1. Click on the level of registration you need below.
2. Click "Register" and then click "Sign Up" to create your account
3. You will be directed to PayPal to submit payment
Note: After account set-up and payment, please be sure you go back to your home
page to complete the registration form.
